Everything was nice, exceptionally courteous staff, stunning location not far from Las Vegas for a weekend of shows and good restaurants, the center of the main strip next-door to caesars palace and famous fountains.

The room was spacious and luxurious, providing stunning fountain and strip views. The bathroom was particularly generous in size, enhancing comfort. Temperature control was effective, keeping the space pleasant. the noise level from parties nearby was concerning, making relaxation difficult. The mini-bar prices were excessively high, creating frustration. No kettle or coffee-making facilities meant relying on pricey room service. While the decor was appealing, the room showed signs of wear. The staff at the front desk lacked warmth, which detracted from the experience. comfort varied significantly, influenced by room location and the atmosphere around.

I loved my stay, it was such wonderful! The staff was informative, great food served for breakfast. Luxurious room, very comfy bed, and marble bathroom. The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a super nice area. Spotless place and friendly service. Plus their wifi was free.

Luxurious and expansive, this hotel has everything you need—restaurants, shops, spa, and a spacious pool. grocery runs are necessary. The suite we stayed in was exceptional, quiet, and well-appointed. A delightful view and comfortable amenities enhanced our experience. While check-in was efficient, the room cleanliness fell short of expectations. Stains on sheets and neglected trash were disappointing. The staff seemed overworked, leading to long waits for dining options and limited service availability. The pricing of in-room refreshments was excessive. the ambiance and location outweighed most drawbacks. It offers a unique blend of elegance and entertainment, making it a desired spot. Just improve on service consistency and amenities.
